3 Mo Later Pot turning brown in jars?

All my strains i harvested 3 months ago in teh dark in the jars started turning dark and the scent isn't as amazing as it was a month ago. no longer as strong. looks like they are aging but is this normal? I smoked a nug and felt potency might be down on some of it. After 3 mos does pot age past a point of any use? I took all of it and jared and freeze it for making hash later to dip into.

Is it normal for this to happen? our humidty has been insane latley normally at 88% humidity outside the jar in hawaii. Could that have done it or would someone have poisoned it? last time i saw this it looks like weed that has been left out too long in teh sun. still smokable but just darker brown color and less strong (but still same)smell. Did someone poison my jars (paranoia of a sativa smoker), how should I store my excess weed in future harvests? Any help to my n00b self would be appreciated. I just grow for me and i'm harvesting my post summer weed now plant at a time so not too worried, but i dont want to run into this same situation in the future.

The humidity was most likly the offender. It could have caused some kind of fungus to develop. Did you keep it in a cool dry spot? Or in a enviroment were the humidity could play a major role? If u did that could be the main reason. It should be stored in dry cool place.

use a vacume sealer and seal it then throw it in the freezer seems to work for me

well dank bud will naturally turn an amber/brown color after being cured for a few months as a results of chlorophyll breaking down.

I keep the Jars in my living room in a dark drawer, I open the drawer take out the one to burp and burp. the bud was perfect quality cure for months. but yes our humidity here is 88% and in Hawaii we arn't air conditioned really at all. and I jump from jar to jar depending on the high i'm looking for so they do get opened once every few days for enough time to get some nugs out.

Thanks everyone, i'mm alook into vacuum sealer and freezer storage... can you smoke a nug outta the freezer or is that less potent?

outdoor seems to have a longer shelf life them indoor.

I keep all my cured bud in glass 'Kilner Jars' in the fridge - keeps fresh for months & months

too much moister in the nugs will cause mold you have to make sure it is dried pretty good before you throw it in the jars,and you have to burp the shit out of it for a week or more.
