I am/was growing 2 Blueberry reg(1 hydro bubbleponics, 1 Soil), 1 freebie auto that was supposed to be female, and a Aurora Indica reg. The AI is the only female outta the whole bunch. Even the female auto was actually a male. They have been vegging almost 2 months and looking so beautiful. Damn nanners. So what to do with the 1 female. Thought about scrogging, but honestly it is growing the slowest outta of the bunch so don't want to spend another month filing in the screen. It can flower now, and just not utilize the whole room. I guess I can make the room extra cool and make the buds like black.

Side note, the wife is pregnant...and we find out the sex in a week or 2, maybe all of this means I am having a boy :)

I grew quite a bit of AI it was my first plant. It was ok but nothing spectacular. Sadly my CC gear is way out performing anything on my table so I'm all WTF? LOL I'll be curious to see how yours turns out. Hopefully you hit the jackpot and got a great pheno.

Yeah, i grew it probably 6 or so years ago. I liked it dashed in with things. The couple I grew had a peppery flavor. I wanted to some Blueberry to go with it. but oh well. I just ordered 3 new strains that I am eager to try so not the end of the world. I have mosco seeds cindy 99. Avalon (BBXAfghan I think), and Barbara bud...(All from Attitude distributor)

But I just went and got chicken wire and I am going to set up a Scrog with my one girl. I have only done a small scale PC scrog before, and my closet now is only 2x3 so a scrog would be perfect for the one plant...Ill post some pics in a bit

Thanks, I am hoping I only have to veg for 2-3 more weeks to get it about 75%full. I transplanted and topped 2 weeks ago. Been a little slow to grow but looks like it wants to take off. I did prune a lot of the lower fan leaves out of there to make it easier down the road. the Supports were really weak so i tied the screen to the cage. Getting excited

I once got 84 females off 100 odd plants cant remember exact number. Yes i was surprised and happy.

I feel like my growing carrier has always had a very high Female ratio...Until this rotation. I guess it is the years of females catching up. I have never grown more then 6 at a time though, so not going through 100s of seeds.

I know so little about growing. The amount of information seems overwhelming. Can you recommend one good educational book or video that would somewhat comprehensively explain the basics and process to me? Thank you.

I cant recommend any one book. I have had a couple and they were nice for a reference. But the best experience came from growing and messing up...and getting better. And using a site like this where if you have a problem you can ask about it.
