3 Part Advanced Nutrients Question

I have the 3 part Micro, Grow, Bloom and I'm trying to understand the best ratio to use and when.

Does anyone have a procedure that they've used that seems to work the best?

Right now I'm simply adding 3 equal parts, but I'm certain there's a better method.

I'm also using AN's big bud now that my girls are in bloom.

hey dude - the bottles have measurements on them - such as 1 tsp per gal, or 5 ml per liter etc... mixing equal amounts is what you would use for veg (that's what it is with my General Hydroponics and Advanced nutrients.) When mixing up for flowering plants you'll use more bloom than grow ex.

4 gal tub - flowering -
Grow - 1 tsp per gal
Micro - 2 tsp per gal
Bloom - 3 tsp per gal

4 gal tub veg
Grow - 1 tsp per gal
Micro - 1 tsp per gal
Bloom - 1 tsp per gal.

They usually have calculators on the websites of the different nutrients - good luck

thanks for the input. I have a few weeks left in flower I believe do you think it's too late to add the nutes now for should I simply flush and do this on my next batch?

sounds like you might want to flush and follow the instructions the next time.

when in doubt, always check with the company or read the bottle. I'm sure you'll be able to salvage something, but it's a good lesson probably.

God knows I've done that too many times. More times than I should probably admit. LOL

k so I've looked at the nutes calculator, am I reading this wrong or am I truly supposed to add equal parts. This is where I got confused. I see the following

This is where the confusion sets in. Does the calculator cover both veg and flower or is this flower only?

i am using bio bloom on my first harvets. should i continue using the fish mix as well?

I don't see anything in the calc chart referring to "fish juice". I've been using strictly advanced nutes. They've been working great and I've had 0 problems with nute burn, but I'm obviously wanting to ensure that I maximizing my yield.
