Just let the 3 plants showing pre-flowers continue to veg until the rest are ready. It doesn't hurt anything to hold them back awhile, why the hury? They will just be a little larger than the rest when you flower. If you need the rest to catch up, but have space requirements then use F.I.M. techniche on the three this will slow them up and make multiple tops on the plant. If already F.I.M 'ed then do It again and prune all branches under the first F.I.M for clones and continue to veg. I raise the smaller plants up to match the others on a little platform. This allows you to keep your light where it is, and inhibits stretching of the smaller plant. See photos,I deal with this on a regular basis. Right now, I am re-vegging clone mothers while waiting for clones to catch up. I will then move all but the new "Air clones", growing on mother plants now, to veg room and eventually, bloom room. To keep cost down and because I'm just getting re- started in a new state. I'm just utilizing the mother/clone room. I devided a 2 car garage with floating walls, constructed of 2x2 s and sheet panneling, you can check my post on $425 grow room on how this was done. No screws to hold the lights up no holes in the ceiling, no damage of any kind at all.
