3 questions

Since its my first time growing im having some topics i would like to know about more. The first question is about bottom flowers, my plants are 2 1/2 weeks in flower and both looking nice, tho i am concerned about flowers at the very bottom of the plant. Should i keep them or trim them ? They are super small , pestils looking nice but there is so few of them and the flower looks super small. I wont get much out of them and they are using "power" which could be used by bigger tops so the first question is should i keep them or trim them ? i could post pictures later if needed.
The second question is about harvesting. I heard somewhere that you need to stress your plant before harvesting as much as possible (24-48h dark , pierce some stems with needles etc.) Is that true ?
The third question would be about curing. Does curing somehow related with potency ? i know its for better smell and taste but does it effects potency ?

I like to prune off the bottom growth if they are "airy" and lacking light. Its a pretty common practice to help the plant focus its growth on the main and axillary stems/flowers. There are a few different methods ranging from pretty tame to insane..(in a good way).

Some say there is potency in the cure. I personally think its preservation of the quality and care you take that best maximizes the flowers. You can make crappy weed almost good, but on the other hand you can take great weed and ruin it. It is a pretty important part of the process and should not be discounted.

Don't stick needles into your plants unless you want to deal with infection or the like. There are LST methods of training, pinching, bending, tie back, strapping down..

Take them off, the lower branches just take nutrients from the other ones.. Generaly people do put their plant in "darkness" but any longer than 48hrs is a waste, 24hr the best -during the darkness the plants start to re;lease resins because it thinks it is going to die. and third: Curring if done right improves taste and potency cure at least 15 days,, 1 month the best (some strains take 2 months) Just watch for mold. okay i lied :/ i dont have camera atm and my phones does shitty pictures. i did lst on them for the time being and going to so what happens. If there wont be much progress in 1 weak ill cut them off

don't mutilate your plant

I would trim the bottom buds off but don't cut the fan leaves. Also, if you want to keep the lower buds on, at harvest just cut the big buds first and let the bottom flower for a few more weeks to plump up the bottom buds.
