okay so im at day 8 and my little seedlings are about an inch tall my 3 questions are

1) whats a good temperature to keep the little girls warm?
2) whats a good fertilizer to use ive heard of a using 20-20-20, also when should i start fertilizing? BTW i use a pete moss, vermiculite, perlite mix with some slow release fertilizer mixed in its from a nursery that i work at
3) what is a good way to strengthen the stems i have a fan blowing on the plants right now any other ways in which i could strengthen

try to keep the temps between 70F-80F 75F is the ideal to temperature to grow at. A good fertilizer too start with is floragro from general hydroponics you can start adding fertilizer when the plant looks like they need them start out slow only using about a quarter of the dose and work your way up from their. for the stems the fan should be enough don't try to fix problems that aren't their its best to let it do it's thing but if you have problems with a weak stem you can just stake it up with copper wire or anything else to support it make sure you don't have the fan blowing on the stem to hard or the plant will focus on growing the stem instead of buds.
