I'm not willing to idly stand by and allow someone advise another grower to use an electrical product that is inherently unsafe.

It doesn't say that it is, either. Cheap electrical devices from China are rarely ever certified. To each their own, but I wouldn't trust it, especially with continuously operating lamps. It also doesn't claim any safety over-current shutoff protection. At 10A, with no protection, it'll burn up before tripping a 15A breaker.
 
Morning everyone. To throw in one other consideration, I prefer to put each light on a seperate timer a min or 2 apart. Limits the inrush of current that would happen if they all went on at same time especially if you are running close to max load for your circuit. Not an expert was suggested by someone else on RIU but is working good for me.

it’s ETL rated just give it up. If you don’t overload it, it’s safe. Simple.
