I hear ya Matt, it's my wifes favorite
that's why I got my last seed of FCJ going.But thus far I think I liked that CK the best, I loved the way it grew, smelled and the way was fucking you up haha total couchlock
I'm thinking about grabbing some more FCJ and CK and just work with them for w while.
This grow rite here I'm going to veg for only 4 weeks and then flower, I'm going with FF schedule this time around plus I got 4 plants going this time so will see.
I know two of them are female beans for sure another one is KK reg. and one bag seed of unknown origin with some good potentials

i bought a labelmaker...works awesome paid 10 bucks came with 3 colors...tape and sharpie seem to fad with the lights.
also what do you think about the smart pots? i have a bunch of 3 gal ones and didnt care for them (they are not smartpot brand but fabric pots none the less) they seem to produce weak root systems that do not like to support the plantsso i fouind most of my plants needed to be tied up.
with the label maker the labels wouldnt stick to a fabric pot so a posicle stick would be in order if you decide to try it outl.

Are they under a MH or an HPS right now? Unknown seed looks a little dry. Is it growing roots faster than the others or are you watering each on seperate days.

Matt actually I got a label maker but it's at my wifes work haha rite now I just marked the pots with first letters of the strain.
As for the pots don't now buddy it's my first run with them so can't tell you much beside you got to water them more often, they tend to dry out faster.
But so far so good just don't know about them pots being 2 gallons. Will see should be fine with only 4 weeks veg. time.

They are under MH 11" from canopy.
Unknown seed looks a bit dry because it wasn't her time yet
BDxCheese and KK they both are watered/feed on the same day, FCJ has it's own day for water and feed and same goes for "unknown" it has it's own day (I don't know if she's a girl or a boy) but the unknown looks like a indica dominant hybrid looks nice so far when you rub it's leaves it has this strong and sweet very pleasant smell, let just hope it is a girl

Definitely have to water more often with the fabric or plastic smart pots. Alot more exposed soil area that can dry out.
My current grow I am using 3 gallon reg pots and water every 4 days. Last grow with plastic smart pot I had to water every 3 days at this point in 5 gallon pots. The roots were very nice tho when I checked at harvest.

Just a little update without pictures ('till tomorrow morning)
So BDxCHeese showed sex on 23 day (11/17) since popping her head above the ground, I found two little pistils hanging around, plus she got fimmed this morning I'll let her veg for another week and that would make the plants 4 weeks old and it will be time to switch the lights.
As for the rest of the fem, I think my KK is a guy haha but can't confirm that 100%, I found what it looks likes small developing balls but I wont be sure till I flip the lights so I'll keep an eye on that. FCJ she's a bushy little bitch but not showing any signs of sex as of last time I checked and the unknown seed it might be a dude also, it kinda grows like one think tall with not a lot branching etc. but will see.
Some side notes, KK got fimmed on 11/10 and she took it like a soldier she bounce rite back. Plus I fimmed BDxCHeese, FCJ and Unknown seed this morning so will see how those plants will take to fimming.
I'll have some pictures tomorrow morning stay tune.

After fimming BDxCHeese and FCJ yesterday morning they don't seem to be bother by it at all, they just bounce back up so another 6 days and I'll be flipping the lights.

Great Line-Up AJ. They are looking great.
BTW: I got excellent growth in just 2-gallon smart pots.
This is a decent example (I like how tiny the Coke can looks ;0)
I am sure that the side effect of needing to water more often is more
than worth it, given the additional air that gets to the roots.

yes it is thats lots of agar. Nice plants everybody I topped one, super cropped one, and took some cuttings today I'm gonna see if I can keep one or two around for a bit.

Same here I fimmed all of my plants, and I'll be supper cropping rest of the way like week or two into 12/12.

Yeah, but that shelf is becoming bare now. I have had to shutter my mushroom activities
until I find a job. I have been wanting to put together some print packages for
some of the team, but have been dragging my feet for months. I really look
forward being able to get my machine going again. Somethings gotta give. It will.
LOL, I am still getting fruits from my outdoor blocks though. I have a delicious,
and not all the commonly raised Maitake, the "Hen of the Woods", coming up
in the backyard.

It is twice that size already.
A Gymnopilus purpuratus that I noticed WAY too late:
On the last photo you can get a hint of how pretty this
one was when it was young. I am sorry to have missed it.
These were both laid down about a year ago.

Just a little update.
Plants are now 4.5 weeks old since they broke the ground, I flipped the lights on fri. and got rid off the unknown seed, was growing slow and was just taking up valuable space
As of now only BDxCheese showed sex, still waiting for the FCJ to see what "it" is and also waiting for that KK to show sex.

As you guys can see I'm still using MH for the first two weeks of flower to minimize the stretch and then I'm thinking about running one MH and one HPS to mix the spectrum a bit.
The bulb is about 9.5in from the top of the plants, temps are 77-80 with lights on and 60-65 with lights off. They get their nutes every other watering so every 6-8 days, BDxCheese and FCJ both are getting full strength of FF Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom and solube Open Sesame as for the KK the plant gets only half of what it says on the FF chart because she tends to get burned pretty quickly. I forgot the add that KK and BDxCHeese are both very smelly bitches, I had to hook up my filter already because the smell was getting bad, not so much for the FCJ but she will start to smell when she's ready
So this is it for now hopefully we can see some buds forming in the next 3-4 weeks

Soo um I'm back
For those who care, I had a death in the family and had to leave the country for few weeks.
But I'm back haha
Both of the girls are doing just fine they're on day 26 of 12/12 ble ble and all that good stuff haha doing 400w x2 for two plants.
I'm expending my grow a bit, just order a small (30x18x36) tent so I can veg two plants and have two in flower. I'll be using one 250w cfl and a T5 panel for vegging two plants. Already got two little ones going NLxNL I don't know who the breeder is and some Bubba 76 from Emerald Triangle.
I was very pleased and nicely surprised how quick the seeds germed, I had those seed for a while now just sitting in their original packs which they came in NLxNL germed in less then 24hrs and popped it's head two days later Bubba was rite behind her popped it's head three days after going into the soil.
