3 sun leafs and 3 top leafs on sprouting??

Actually someone just told me on another forum that it will branch out 3 branches at each node, which means 1/3 more buds!!

Here is what Ive found out so far...

Having a triploid plant is actually rather beneficial because the extra set of chromosomes causes cells to become larger in response to the mutation (autopolyploidy). Because of this flowers and fruits of plants become larger in size, meaning if you have a triploid plant on your hands you are rather lucky because the resin glands on the flowers will be larger, as will the flower itself.

Having leaves in threes. (I have)

trifoliolate
Having three leaflets. (I have)

trifurcate
With three branches arising from the same spot. (Should happen)

triploid
Having three sets of chromosomes. (Should happen as well)

that is pretty sweet, you should document its growth with a journal an frequent pics. this could be the first documented case of this on here... i havent searched but it sounds pretty rare

Ive found a few forums where people mention having had this happen, its how I got most of my information, but havent seen any pics or journals on it. Im definitely going to start a journal on it soon.

im gonna subscribe to that thread when you start it ... i would really like to see this start to finish!

i have one like this going right now, some of the bigger leaves are somewhat deformed but its still early in growth, i figured it might revert back to gowing just two nodes, but it still has three and is growing strong

Odds are it will stick with 3 due to having the extra chromosome.

it is streching a bit but i think thats my fault , my lights were a bit high.. hope it turns out female, it would likly be a larger yeild becase of the extra node right?,,,
do you think this would be a good mother?

Correct, this would be a 33% increase in yield. Also it is a trait that can be cloned, so IF its female I fully intend to keep it as a mother.
