3 week old plant nutrient burn??

This plant will be 3 weeks old this Wednesday. The leaves turned brittle and really dark after I transplanted it from a solo cup to a 1 gal pot. I water it twice a week and I fertilized it 2 days ago. I'm not sure what the problem is I think I might have over fertilized it. I need some advice honestly. I don't know if I should flush it or remove the dying leaves and let it do it's thing

I don't add fertilizer that early in the game. I try to let the plant use up whats in the soil first. For being 3 weeks it seems small

Just keep up the good work man. Keep learning and have fun. What ive found is that what might work for me might not work for you. Dont be afraid to try new things with your plants
