3 weeks flowering slow growth

I have a few strawberry lemonade (barneysfarm) plants under two 400w lights. I have 4 the same pheno flowering on schedule, another pheno flowering on schedule (flowering fast) and 3 other phenos ( 2 very short) not showing much flowering growth. All vegged from seed for 3 months so they are pretty big from stretching.
any advice on the ones not showing much flowering growth? Should I wait Abit longer with them or could they be duds. I’ve heard a stories about barneys farm. I’m hoping they are just very slow phenos

so long as you are on a 12/12 schedule they will bud. They should be starting to show some bud growth now. Some might finish faster than others as you have different phenos.

Any updates?
