3 weeks from seed, deficiency already?

Update for anybody that was helping. Thanks to all who posted! I did a few things so can’t pin point it to any one thing, but it was likely a combination of issues anyway. I raised temp, now at 81 with lights on, 70 with lights off. RH 55-60 (I can only control within about 5%). Raised lights as high as I could, tuned the QB’s down, and only used half the AGLEX. Switched to tap water, barely used any nutes as I think the microbes are feeding from the organic soil. Switched to 12/12 almost a week ago, turned the QB’s back up, but all lights still about 3-4ft away.
