3 weeks in flower, roots stunted, worth saving?

So 5 clones that have been flowering for 3 weeks had rockwool to tightly packed at the bottom and apparently their roots weren't able to penetrate and grow enough to support the new growth (new leafs, bud sights etc are all deformed badly).

I re-potted them 3 days ago, but I am wondering if these plants are worth saving. Will they now, this far into flower, generate new roots and start growing healthy again? Or should I pull them out, and use the space for a new set of clones that are ready to flower?

Or maybe I could put those back into veg, top them and let some new roots grow?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
