3 weeks into flowering, how do my plants look?

I began my first grow in April, i flipped to 12/12 about 3 weeks ago, my plants are still pretty small, two are a foot and the other one is just under them, i flipped them early to try and keep them small. I'm not entirely sure if they are completely healthy right now, they look a little sad, but I've recently had a gnat problem which i am taking care of. How are my plants looking for 3 weeks into flowering, and what kind of recommendations does anyone have for me to keep them going strong? They actually have been growing pretty quick this past week. Oh yea, there is a total of 3 plants.

I have another few questions, how long do I need to flower plants that are this small? And just a question maybe for people with this type of experience, how much do you guys think i'd yield each plant? I'm not looking for much, I'm just training before i pay for seeds.

You should make it to harvest new growth looks to be okay. Forget about yield. Just keep them happy and learn. Get a 600watt hortilux blue and use it for vegging and flowering so your girls dont stretch like that. A 1000watt super hps would be even better but you dont want to use that for veg unless its replacing cfl's. Learn to quickly read deficiencies and toxicities. When you want yield, go for an HID or DIY LED setup.

Ive kept a close eye on them from day one, i didnt even need to feed them nutes, i first began with 1/4 of the recommendation to try and see, so far so good, i've only fed them 2 times, and i literally have to raise my lights everyday. I'm using CFLs, the stretch actually came when they started flowering, not sure why czu I've always kept the lights close, unless its cuz its just not powerful enough. If I make it to harvest i plan to invest in some more higher equipment, because i am learning a lot as I go.

Well first off the size of the plant has nothing to do with Flowering speed. That is genetics. You will know they are almost done when 90 percent of the hairs turn orange. Or you could spend 2o bucks on a nice little 420 scope and harvest at the optimum conditions. If I was you and if u wanna start small get a 400w switchable ballast. Also I would flush them with straight water. if I was you thats what i would do. See if the problem fixes itself. Also ph your water and check it
