I think that is a little small. Here are mine just under 3 weeks indoors under fluoros. Now, I mean three weeks from the time they poked their heads up out of the soil. I use paper towel method which takes about 2 days then another 2-3 day for them to pop up out of the soil. If you put the seed straight in the soil and they took a week to germinate and poke through the soil, then I would only say they were 2 weeks old. They look healthy though.
