looking pretty nice man!! just a suggestion though and remember i dont know much about hydro so may want to do some research yourself.

If those totes arent sectioned off then the roots will all grow together which is fine as long as you dont have any problems, if you end up getting root rot or any other comon problem it will make it that much more difficult to fix if the roots are all growing together. just my thought like i said not too sure how this theory will hold up to more experienced grows knowledge/experience just trying to save you from a potential headache in the future

i just placed the order for the tent, air pump, and airstones. VERY excited. cant wait!

i will try to post some more pics of my actual garden tonight, it is INSANE. i looked at the first (and only) round of pics i posted about them and that was on the 10th. so 20 days or so and WOW. lol.

what kinda tent/s did you order? i just emailed the company im ordering mine from at the end of the week, see if i cant get a deal(x3 2x4x5 for under 230$ hopefully)

nice poly! i ordered a single 4x4x6.5 foot for $115 on amazon...its a virtual sun. same as my hood! lol. pretty amped! i got all my lil ladies into their new pots...filled the res's with just water for now...hopefully get a lil root action before i start aerating the SHIT outta the res's. soon as those airstones and pump show up...got 2 - 8.5" airstones and a 18 watt pump. guna be SWEET! my mother is finally starting to grow like crazy too. psyched!

so the lil ones are a tiny bit sad at the moment, but they are def coming around. except one of them. lol. might be fine though. so that tent is SICK cant wait to have a reason to use it! soon enough...that mother plant took OFF once her roots established, so the other 8 should too...the airstones are GIGANTIC. so i dont know if anyone else has these but holy shit! i got the biggest ones i could find and they are HUGE! 8.5 inches doesnt seem like that much until its in ur hands, its heavy too! anyway they certainly aerate well enough so hopefully this DWC setup/experiment works out well! if it goes anything like my mother plant has, i should be ok! sorry i havent posted much lately, but this new job i have barely leaves me time and energy to check on my babies, let alone document. but i am going to try. finally at a point where i may have something to document so! woot!

looks fantastic man, what happened to the little one? over ferted or underwatered? either way they still dont look as bad as that first batch you managed to pull through!!!

im a bit jealous to be honest wish i could get my tent set back up, i miss having my girls inside.

yeah im not too sure whats wrong with the lil one...shes def pretty much gone at this point. i think she just didnt have the energy to push her roots. not surprising, i think i left that batch of clones in an empty tray for a week! im debating pulling her and just tossing a clone in. the mother is GIGANTIC though. i will post a pic of her in a min...

good to see ya matt! i have been SO effing busy with my new job, leaves me no time at all! too tired to take pics and whatnot after getting home from the gym after work, but its getting better. i ended up losing a few ladies. they werent extending their roots. I also had to crop the shit outta my mother, and also may have broken a branch of hers, but keeping it on there to see if she can fix it. i did clean and refil my res's yesterday so they are doing much better in general now. i will post some pics today, as i got an extra day off! still kinda debating whether or not to put in a recirc system. i figure if THIS works...why bother? my mother did REALLY well till i noticed she drank all her water, and most of the top died. like i mentioned, doing ok now...

looks like new growth is growing. if your going to go hydro man you have to be doing your tests daily and buffering the water to the correct PH otherwise your just going to kill them, maybe right now with new job and place it would be a better time for some soil man save the hydrop projects as a side or for when you get more time

ha totally true man...thing is its not a ton of work to keep, just have to make sure to check the res's daily...i would love to plop any of them into soil, problem is i left all my soil and pots when i moved! so id have to go buy some more...which now that i think about it, i JUST MAY! at least for my mother...hmmm...although i DO like the completely hydro aspect...interesting. i may do a lil bit of both! we shall see. i just got home from work a few mins ago and mixed my first mojito of the evening...with homegrown chocolate mint no less! i did not grow the limes, but i DID use actual LIMES rather than jus the juice...its all in the muddle...ANYWAY guna spark a quick bowl and then go check out my situation...

Hey man! soz been a while, it kinda looks like you are over saturating the roots or the roots haven't been established properly for that much heat from the cfl's. One thing about cfl's is they can produce hot spots in some cases. ( too much of the light being directed at 1 point rather than spreading) some globe are better than others. But that's my small verdict Hope all goes well man, keep an eye on your res levels they can be the death very quickly. Your radiant heat at the tips is where you need to worry about, thats where the plant wants to sweat and do all the magic stuff I going with roots not ready yet...... but SURELY THEY ARE NOT FAR AWAY

awesome to have ya flowa! yeah i know theyre a lil sad lol but they been through a lot...the roots you see are literally just appearing now...they have been growing, but very slowly. they are definitely starting to pick up speed though. totally true keepin an eye on the res though, i hadnt rinsed the hydroton out and the solution was terrible, part of why they have taken so long to establish their root system. this morning when i checked was the first time that there were roots on each plant! i think they will definitely do ok so long as the res stays filled. thats what happend to my mother there, she ran out of food n died, had to chop the top off. shes strugglin at the moment, but she may pull through. if she does she will be a really cool bonsai looking circular producer lol. pretty amped. cant wait to have a reason to use the tent and the HPS! been too long!

things are starting to turn into a regular schedule for me, so hopefully ill be able to devote a little bit attention to my ladies and updates...glad to see everyone coming by!
