36v / 1400mA COBs - which 2017

Hiya,
Im not up to date with cob manufacturers at the moment;
What is considered best cob available at the moment for driving at 1400mA?

most 36V cobs arent as efficient as the 50V cobs out now

In your opinion then, id like 150W power total, roughly 50W / cob @ 1050mA - what cobs?!

I'd go with cxm22's 3500k 90cri or 3000k .
