3d print schematics

Anyone ever try to build a grow box using a 3d printer? Potentially provides perfectly sealed box, zero light leakage and customization for depth and height.

Would it not cost you a lot in both electricity and materials?

True. But I wonder a lot. .
I guess I was thinking from a manufacturing/building perspective.
So up front cost is high but you could manufacture them with specs like custom dimensions, built in room for dynamat [noise cancelling], everything looks clean no dangling wires because everything would have a carved out and planned space [wires, power supply etc. Then you have reduction of human error, stuff like bad measurements and cuts that create light leaks. Idk I guess I thought of this while being unable to fall asleep because someone snores so loud I can feel the noise ripple through my chest like bass in a vehicle

Hmm, I think 3d printing a box is sorta silly. But prove me wrong.
