im also running organic nutes in good soil. my guess would be leaving that 6500k bulb in, and also consider that for the last week i had the lights on 24/0 and had them about 2 feet above the tops when i switched 12/12 with the new bulbs. maybe that had something to do with my huge stretch.

Ah, that might explain it, I left my lights right on top of the plants. I'm gonna try again in my next grow using organic and non-organic to see if that makes a difference.

Those pics look great, bud development is going strong even on your lower buds. Mine are finishing out now, so harvest is right around the corner.

Keep them pics coming, and keep an eye out for bud mold. Look for fuzzy grey hairs. I spread my buds open slightly. I use a Popsicle stick to try and let the buds breath, I lost all my colas one run and only had popcorn because we didn't catch a bud mold infestation starting. Aw, the good old days...

coming up on the 6th week of flower..... some new pics...








im sure some of you will agree with me when i say my plants are looking amazing, especially for T-5! so far i am REALLY impressed, but i am concerned... i have very little marijuana smell. however, it smells like cat piss EXTREMELY strong. so bad in fact that when friends come over they immediately say it smells like cat piss. and when i come home from work and open my front door the whole house smells so bad i have to open all the windows. i have heard some strains do smell like this, and ive also heard it could be a serious issue. i pulled a sample bud and dried it, and it smelled and tasted like SHIT. any ideas?

Wow those look great!!!! On the piss thing, that's weird... Never had that. Maybe as you flush them they'll start to develop their scent. You should get some ona gel to help fight it, maybe a carbon scrubber. Not cheap,but neither is jail. We need good growers.

The taste problem is probably because the plant is still full of nutrients. If you're feeding it organics, it really is full of shit...

i live in california and i have my prop 215 papers. im all legal dont have to worry about jail

i went and picked up some botanicare clearex. looks like mostly sugars. apparently its supposed to flush out all the salt byproducts from the soil and nutrients. as well as the nutrients themselves.

After I flush with a chemical like that, I usually run the plants until the end just feeding them molasses. Nice organic way of flushing them and still feeding the little microbes

ended up harvesting just under a QP.. ill post some pics soon... picked up some casey jones a few days ago, transplanted from his hydro setup to soil... looks healthy so far!

Great job! I have to post my final numbers as well, but I also pulled just about a QP, maybe a few grams short, but I know where I made the mistake. My next run should be at least a QP if not more. Great job on the journal, are you pretty happy with the T-5?
