3rd grow, and this time have took ph of water more seriously and have kept in where it needs to be. my 450w light has been about 1.5foot away and air in and out are fine, fed every 4 hours except when in dark. temps maybe a little too high but previously been about the same (high 30's) and have had results. my tent is 1metre x 1 metre and 1.7 high and its aero. ........any ideas whats going wrong. should I start in soil then switch to aero??? .......PLEASE IN NEED OF DESPERATE HELP. AS I DONT WANT TO HAVE WASTED 3 WEEKS..... :((IMG_0357.jpg

Need more info.

What are you feeding them and how much? What is the ph and the ppm of your res??? More about your setup will be helpful also.

high 30s is too high. your venillation needs to be looked at because its apparently wrong. you cant let your tempts get to 100 degrees F especially that young. whats your PPMs at . and 3 weeks wasted isnt nothing i would start over cause your yield will be crap with these plants even if they are still alive.

what are you res temperatures what do your roots look like.

you should just grow in soil till you figure out what your doing its more forgiving and easier and it yields great too.

trying to keep ph about 6.2 or a mid green colour. my roots are a white kind of colour, they look like my roots on my last grows. last 2 grows I have turned them at 30cms and secured 6-8oz of 2 plants that's in the same climate. (turn them at that height due to height of tent) I know its not great return but in soil I have to go in my shed everyday and water them and risk neighbours clocking on to me. reservoir is about 30litres and I put 100ml of growers ark grow a and grow b in and about 60ml of root tonic in. always adding ph up to get to correct ph level. not sure what you mean about ppm's , sorry. looks like that air con machine is going to have to go in.

hydro PH should be 5.8 btw. and i water my soil about once every once every 3-4 days usually on my grows. at the end of flower its got down to maybe 2 days but if your watering every day your overwatering unless its a monster plant too big for its pot.

but if your temps are at 95 and the plants are that young i dont see how they will grow that well. and what are your res temps? is it hot this time a year where you are?

if you can keep it under 85 degrees that would be great. uh get a good soil like ocean forest or happy frog or roots organic. you shouldnt have to feed the plants for the first 4 weeks of growth. then you can use whatever nutrient lineup and schedule you like and feed every other watering or so and just follow the easy schedules. start out with small pots and then xplant to 3g to 5g or larger (whatever floats your boat).

Mrblu, i dont mean to piss on your fire but temps are totally irrelevant have a look on youtube at the heat experiment the bloke had his in the high 90's to 120 and had a beautiful crop ! all depends on how much C02 you've got going on.

sorry but your wrong temps are totally relevant. and 99% of ppl dont use co2 supplements on thier grow. so how about you not use c02 and get the temps to 120 and show us how u did

Temps are somewhat important. My current plant got a bit too tall and it's pretty much touching the cool tube but it's still growing. The hottest it gets in the tent is 86. CO2 doesn't really matter because there is more carbon dioxide in your home than outside naturally, so running co2 generators is a bit pointless unless you have a massive grow going.
