3x2x4 EB Strip LED help

Hey building first cupboard and building my own light has really taken my interest.

I was thinking of making an EB series strip light to suit a 3ft wide by 4ft tall cupboard for veg and flower.

I want to avoid heat sinks so my first idea was

10 x BXEB-L0560Z-30E2000-C-B3
HLG-185H-C700B

19.5v * 10 = 195v
(13.6W * 10) * 175 lm/W = 23,800 lumens

1. Right driver?
2. Would using a dimmer reduce mA and lumen/efficiency output (or am i not understanding this)
3. Likely only to make one plant so would 1ft strip lights be better option?
4. If your driver is 200W, if your lights can take more than 200W you wont get as good efficiency and output?
5. I've read 30w per ft as a guide is recommended, im currently under this.

That HLG 185 C700 has 286 V to use, any reason you chose 10x 560mm strips instead of the max of 14? Adding those last 4 strips will get you into the 30w/sqft range.....

You're right, I'll go 14. They'll draw 190W and 273V so basically 100% driver and light capacity. Would you add a dimmer, recommend going 14 X 3000k for veg and grow?
