3x6 or 4x4 hydo setup decision

I'd like some feedback on a SOG hydro grow setup for around 20-22 plants. AK-48 from Nirvana will be the strain. I'd like to be in the 2 lb range come harvest; however stealth, heat and electricity efficiency are of concern.

My decision is between a 3x6 (Botanicare) or 4x4 ebb and flow tray hydroponic setup within a GrowLab tent. So either 2x 600x or 1x 1000w HID lights respectively. Both would be well ventilated and scrubbed in a spare room. Heat covers will be applied on the reflectors, and if needed I'll purchase an Ozone generator.

For my goals and concerns which is best? I understand the difference is only a couple square feet. Any feedback will be much appreciated

Sounds like a plan. I would personally go with the 2x600w over the 1000w for a couple of different reasons, one being more lumens and the other is you can cover more of the area youll be growing at with 2 light instead of one. Ive been told in Europe they'll use a bunch of 400 watters over any equivelent watts of the 1000w or 600w. I think its becouse you can space em out a little and get all the plants more lights.
And as far of the SOG, are you panning to have a perpetual harvest?

Also, now I have a question about SCROG (i think thats what its called) What does this method do? and what is the net/trellis for?
