Lots of growth on #1 #5 & #9; they have all been toped to six nodes already.
Numbers 3 and 8 are main stock cola clones and aren't growing on top much yet. They already had large leafs when they started so they are developing their root system now. I cant wait till they start to explode, which I think should be by Monday.
If you are just joining me here is a quick rundown:
1000w
9 clones selected from 18
Four inch rockwool cubes on top of three 3"x6"x36" rockwool slabs.
Topping with six nodes per plant, seven on a few for lucks sake, totaling about 54 nodes
Plastic fence will be my guide for disbursing the best 30 or so nodes evenly in a SOG giving each node an 8" square.
Using Fox Farms Nutes in Ebb Flow; I have been hand top feeding and will continue until the roots establish

The first tray pic was from this morning before lights out and the second is from this evening when the light just came on.
They have all been topped now at 6 or 7 nodes, so I guess now its time to wait till I can put up the screen and start flowering =)

I am VERY anxious for them to get some height so that I can put in the screen and pick out the best 32 nodes that will be flowered.
I tipped the #1 rockwool cube off of the slab about a week ago and the roots were THERE but #4s weren't so I just have to wait for the rest of the roots to come along and they will explode like #s 1, 5, 7,& 9 did I think.
I also took off a few of the original leafs from #s 2, 3, 6, & 8 to encourage new growth.

oppsI forgot to mention that I am tuning down the light. I took them down to 15 Hrs last night and forgot to take the new mums out; they started popping out hairs overnight! So now they are out of there and back on 16 hrs in the Veg room, and the tray will turn off after 14 hrs today.
As well I put in the 1000w Agro HPS that I got with the set from HTG. When they shipped me the wrong wattage bulb the first time they upgraded it to that one.

i got 8 purple kush and 2 northern lights ebb&flow 1000whps great ventalation good feeding scheme now i have all different sized plants nn are small 6 & 8" and pk are between 8 &14" im thinking keep small northern light in veg room which isnt set up yet most stems r starting 2 wood up get solid for the kush do i need 2 grow in veg untill 20"

I am hard pressed to say. I just got my 1000W, and am doing a Screen of green so I have already switched to Flower Spectrum and kicked the hours back to 14 per day. This has already made them start to pop hairs but will allow for a bit more growth till they can reach far enough apart for the screen.
I have a pic of one girl I put outside right at the peak hours in a day here 14. She was les than 3 inches tall and in 7 weeks she was about 2.5ft tall and one of the branches yielded 45g. PS the end hours per day were 12.
I plan on bumping the hours at the rate of 30min every two weeks till they are down to 11 hour days in an attempt to mimic the life of my outdoor girl.
