Hey, tokers. I haven't seen a current thread on the topic, so I figure I'll start one:

What are you guys doing for the holiday?

I know that personally, my friends and I are just chilling with a half ounce and smoking until it's gone. I'm making cupcakes, jello, and a shitload else. We're gonna veg with at least one pot documentary, the Reefer Madness musical, vintage Beatles records, and our 4/20 present, a handheld vaporizer.

What about you guys? What are your plans?

I plan on smoking an 8th{Blazin Kush} to my dome, while watching The Anger Beavers.:weed:

Im planning to attend a video game party with the xbox 360 and wii and spend the day smoking! Probably watch nice dreams or up in smoke to celebrate the day.

This, as fun as it is, stays one of the main reasons why some folks are reluctant to legalize cannabis. Myself as well as many other patients absolutely refuse to take part in 4/20 celebrations. As a matter of fact, there is a dispensary near me refusing sales to people that talk about "4/20" as they meander in to make a purchase. It's these sorts of things that are reversing what we have worked on thus far to make marijuana accessable to people that need it for medical purposes. If marijuana is a medicinal herb, keep it that way. We are trying to work against the stereotype of forgetful stoners and unreliable people that smoke pot(YES it still exsists). It does not help that there is a "holiday" built around the recreational use of this plant. As if there isn't already a huge stigma worn by every marijuana user, "4/20" somehow opens the door for people to fuck up medicinal cannabis as we know it, and people actuallyWALK THROUGH IT. We are working towards LEGALIZING marijuana, if not keep it around for those that need it as medicine. By televising, shouting, posting, writing, exclaiming, wearing messages promoting un-regulated, non-medical and over-indulged use folks are working backwards on our message. Right now, yes you can be reccomended cannabis in certain states. However please do not take this as undefined rights to flaunt it, after all it is medicine. If you are not prescribed, keep it to yourself.Or, keep waving it around until one day there is no chance of legalization.Your choice. Have common sense, don't make a huge deal out of a weed that grows everywhere. YES we know it exsists. YES we know it gets you high. Ok, now get over it. Tomorrow, my 4/20 ration is the same as it would be any day.

Wow! Thanks for a decent response, and I will have a great day. I was expecting a 16 year old boy to rant about how he knows everything there is to know and then call me names.

I am planning to buy an ounce and clear it all by myself. I also want to bake some brownies as well but with no previous experience I don't know if I will succeed.

If you have a crock pot you will succeed your first time. Those things safeguard your butter real well :blsmoke:
