i think it has been that way before..and theyare not giving us anything..
Its was 4 licenses total max per address before. I know someone who split their property between two large side by side barns so they could have 4 more at the same locations.
Nope...12 licenses. 2 per producer...4 producers in one location...plus the producers license as well. themselves...that makes 12 by my books.

I don't know this as a fact and don't like to spread false info but I'm guessing you could go either way with that one.
to go "by the books" who ever is doing the work is the DG but I would go with which ever is easier. you both can produce for 2 people
