I agree wholeheartedly. Except, I'm not with any group, or the Government. Just a guy that had an executive position in a large retail Company, (Furniture), then became Ill, lost everything i had, and fought back to a comfortable (not rich) lifestyle. My source of income is disability payments, and another 400 a month from a business I sold. I support Myself and 2 older kids on that income.

The difference, is that though I agree with what you said in the most part, I disagree that change comes thru protest. Protest certainly has its place..but change happens when new laws are written...and then those laws are amended, until they work.

In Michigan, though some protesting is still in order, we have reached the point where we have an infant medical law....I'm simply suggesting that the best way to improve it at this point, IS from inside the system.

Look at the title of this thread....vote NO
Look at my response...don't work on vote "no", work on shaping the wording of the bills.

Which argument had the best result at the end of the day, in regards to these bills?
Yeah you can vote now, no need to use the "WHITES ONLY" drinking fountains.

See everyone personal attacks get us no where.

Back to the post. I agree some bills need amendments but not amended to remove the spirit of the law. I also never recommend protesting. I said the new way change has to happen is restriction of government power. Which is the spirit of the mmmp. Not to give up all rights to drive, work, raise our own children. And the help.repealtoday.org is a citizens movement. The same as the med law was. We can stand united and not say a word. Protests are getting berry risky in the police state the fed has us under. No mud slinging just discussion.
