It is lockout. You found it yourself before i could post. 10.4 whoa. Some nutrients start to be locked out at 7, iron for example.

I should say that the run-off water was a perfect 6.4 before I re-potted with the lime. I'm very careful with that. That's why I'm so confused if it is lockout!?

My Cal-Mag arrived today. Re-potting (again) with the right amount of lime. Have to wait to my parents leave tho! Random visitors!!

I think I'm going back to using some vermiculite as the new peat free mix I'm using retains much less water and is a lot dryer. Seems good otherwise.
Always used Westland Pro with John Innes before. Thought it was good but very high in peat and quite acidic. Hence the change.

Forgot to mention in the first post that I'm vegging the plants under a 125w CCFL. This is purely to keep the bill down! I find it does a grand job for it though.
So,
Things have definitely not got any worse so I'm thinking the issue might be sorted but I'm not 100%.
Plants Are now getting:
Bio-Bizz Bio-Grow 2ml per ltr & Alg-a-mic 1ml per ltr
Cal-Mag+ Plant Magic 1ml per ltr
Think they may actually need a boost in nutes. Seem to be yellowing slightly!
Water runoff is 6.2

Update:
Everything still looking OK. Ready for their final move to their big pots!
Will probably be switching them to the HPS light on Sunday and then to 12/12 light after a few days.
Here's a few pics of the plants current state and also the fertilizers I use and disinfected pots and trays ready for business:
All seeds are from Nirvana Seeds.
The plants in the brown pots were free unknown seeds as part of a deal at the time of purchase, the black pots are the purchased ones......free ones are not as good!

I think the plants are still doing OK. A bit lighter green than I would like. Here is the before and after the move into the temporary room and slightly bigger pots.

So at this point I'm just back after having to leave my babies for 4 days. These thing happen! Responsibilities and such....
My bubbleicious girl had wet spots on a few leaves. I (maybe foolishly?) dried them and now they are brown spots!! D'oh!
Starting to show the first hairs now.
Let the 8 (or so) week countdown commence.... Yay! ¦0)

Forgive me father for I have sinned..... it has been nearly 4 weeks since my last ..... update! Har de Har...
Still looking good to me. Damaged leaves from early nutrient lockout haven't got any worse.
Plants still looking healthy apart from the freak from the free seed! Its bent all over the place as its soo stretched!
The other free seed was a male!! Booooooo! Free feminized seeds my ass!! ¦0)

Now had over 3 weeks at flower for the main 2.
The free seed Is at about 2 and a half weeks! It took ages to flower! And just look at it!!!
No reason for it to be like that under same light in same conditions as others!? I'll still get some bud off it though! ¦0)
