4 weeks since 12/12 , 2 weeks since sex showed , how am i doing :)

got 8 plants , 2 600w hps lights and just added 2 cfl's 1(150w) and 1 (250w), been 4 weeks since i switched but only 2 weeks since full sex was determined, so only count really 2 and abit weeks really of flowering, their sativa strain,
