You should have some bud ready to harvest by then.
Although, i'm not familiar with the flowering times of your strains, if you've been
under 12/12 lights for 40 days and it's mid-late august now, the end of September would add roughly
thirty days giving around 70 days total flowering time. A lot of strains would be ready with ten weeks of 12/12.
The strain I'm currently growing is under 12/12 for exactly 63 days before the top buds are harvested.

I'd say so, it's organic isn't it? It says not to, but you should if you found mites (just what I would do, I'm not an expert). Just mist the leaves, not the buds and try to add some flush time if possible.

Im hearing neem oil is OK to use as long as it's 3 weeks at least till harvest.
I can't just leave them on there right? Ugh this sucks. :(
