400 club! share please.

I know this thread has been started before but i just recently purchased a 400w magnetic hps ballast. I have done a few others prior with a mix of flourcent bulb and had real healthy plants but knew they could get bigger and better. I am loosing faith due to my current condition and can not figure it out.

I want guys running 400's to encourge me and help me through these rough times, im seriously thinking of going back to the flour's but i know its the wrong move. The only thing that has changed in my enviroment is the lighting which should be better but im in about 6 weeks veg and they are doing ok but the leaves are wilting and cupping. I have read lots of plant problem threads and havent been able to pin point it. All i know is my soil dries faster and i cant seem to please them.

Anyone i just want some advise on what other guys do with there 400w god knows there is enough of you out there. I know the heat raised a bit but it isnt all that hot in there. I have 2 fans blowing one from bottom up towards the light and the other sucking hot air from the top blowing out. 4'x3'x5' area should be perfect. I have 2 of one strain and 1 of a diff. The one that has skinny leaves started first and now the others are slowly following. It looks like moisture stress but i feel like i have to keep watering them every 2 days otherwise the stems on the big fans start to sag bad. My soil dries out fast due to the new light (400 MH 6000k)

light is about 2 feet or so away and i use foxfarm everything soil included. I have a few questions one is a MH conversion bulb hotter than an hps im six weeks in and they are about 2' tall should i switch to a hps to see the diff or am i doing something else wrong.
