Very surprised you only use T5's for veg to be honest, but I guess your counting on the power of the sun later
HO t5s are actually great for veg. I wouldn't use them for flowering by any means but since I am constantly training them and tieing them down I can keep the light very close to the plant and they don't stretch at all. Each light has 4 bulbs...so there is a total of 12 bulbs in a 4x4 tent.

Do you worry about fly overs at all @ganga gurl420? I have thought about doing an outdoor grow (in a very similar climate) but I think I would be freaking out every time I heard a plane, worrying they can see those trees and the path I take to them from the air.
There is millions of acres of trees here with tons of little medows. It's like finding a needle in a haystack. The only ppl who get popped are the ones who get snitched on

hmmm interesting... I am going to have to start some serious thought about imitating you lol do you manage water on your own? If so (guessing this is a not as 400 gallons of soil i think in that area would not have to worry much about drying out) how do you manage that on such a large scale? ... I would love to pick your brain more if you are amiable?

This yr will be a bit more complicated but in short no I do not have to worry about watering much due to the massive rain we get. Lots of mulching helps. But usually I carry water by hand...This yr however I will be pumping it from a Creek that runs through. I have to deal with excess water not how to get it to there for the most part hahah

Awe thanks so much! The game changer for me was stopping using soil and switching to using only manure. One day I had this thought when I was a kid...and we had a manure pile on the farm. My mom had me plant a single pumpkin seed at the top. Long story short none of us had ever seen such a monster plant. 40 foot vines!
So I gave it a go and came up with my trees. It drains better then soil and I can get a dump truck full for around 300. A friend of mine says he pays around 1600 for a dump truck of super soil. It's pretty amazing stuff :)
Lots of luck to everyone this year :)

we had a couple cartel grows get popped in national woods.. 06 I wanna say maybe 07 (Im sure every year, but I can specifically remember reading about them then) cant remember which park. I read about at least 2 and them but as long as you can keep hikers/birdwatchers/hunters away your golden. And growing monsters instead of rows of little ones is genius. Keep it up!

Yes we had a cartel grow here... problem being is they would have got away with it if it wasn't for a hunter who had stumbled across it and turned them in. And that was hundreds of plants. I know that here it matters how many plants are in ground. It doesn't matter if there is 10 tiny ones or 10 big ones... so I just learned to grow as much per plant as possible. It's important to have other smaller trees around to blend everything in too. Plus it helps my county is pretty lax on the whole weed thing. They got bigger fish to fry lol
