400 Watt HPS AK47,LSD,and Special Kush #1

Hey everyone,im back to growing!! I am very happy to be back on the scene!!!Ok so heres some details about the grow and some of the shit we got,me and my friend will be doing this grow together,he will be updating pics weekly,first pics come tomorrow.

Ok so heres some Details:
Seeds we bought are Serious Seeds AK47,Barneys Farms LSD,and Royal Queens Special Kush # 1
We just purchase a 400 Watt HPS for this grow,its going ot be amazing
We are using Miracle Grow Organic Choice Soil,and some pretty decent nutes we got awhile back for free.
Will be planting all 3 plants in solo cups and growing until ready to transplant them into bigger pots!!
Going to cut a hole int he wall for an exhaust and place a fan in it.Well enjoy our thread we will update all the time and keep it going until the grow is finished,gonna be some bud porn everyone!!!Cant wait!!!

heres a few pictures, more will come next week when the plants will be planted they were germinated today, by any chance does anyone know if the ballast is MH capable?

yea let us know what u guys think,i thought the ballast looked old but idk anything about them,the refelector is pretty nice

I think it may be just for HPS, but im not too sure.

yeah that ballast will run a mh. its just a warehouse light fixture that was Refurbished and wired to run on 120.

lol i agree,i just want to make sure its not gonna start a fire or mess up or something haha

ok so i just made a homemade pulley system,took some Hemp Wick supplied from Diagnosed and put it through the holes that the holders on the top of the HPS have,now im using that over my closet bar as a pulley,just pull it and it raises one side of the hps,pretty beast!!!

Sounds good man, you dont got any chains laying around or anything? I would hate to hear a story of that wick breaking, and the light falin on your plants
