Okay. I finally have my female and after she bushes out a bit im going to start taking clones.
heres my setup. i have a veg box setup in a cab. 2x20wat fluros sitting above a small aquarium. gonna use aquarium to hold rockwool cubes with cuttings in it untill im ready to put into my flower room. I also have a partition in the bottom of the cab with a 2x65wat cfls ima use for my mother.
my flower room. I constructed a room out of white matte paper, its about 8square feet. Have a 2x40 wat fluro tub going accross the top, and just ordered a 400hps ima mount agaist the cinderblock wall.
At first, i wont be able to max out my grow room because ill only be able to take so many cuttings when i first start. Ive grown a few plants from seed to bud but this is my first attempt at a sea of green and cloning.
My question is this, how many plants should/can i grow? with 8 square feet ill get about 7500luments per square foot. i was planning on using rubermaide tupaware containers (make partitions for 6 plants in each). Using the rubermaid containers i can probally fit about 18-24 plants in the room. Do you think thats too many for the size of the room? They'll probally only get 4 weeks of veg time after rooting, as i am leaning towards the single cola style grow, or do i have enough room to let them veg more?
