seeds r in two bad I only have room for 4
I know im going to grem 2 c99 but cant
decide if I should do the jack harer r jack the ripper
ill sleep on it.
What do u guys n gals think.

n my bro voted jtr I was leaning that way to.

so for my next grow I will have
2x c99 from female seeds
2x jack the ripper reg.

The C’99 is the holy grail of the cannabis strains. As she resembles the high and the taste of an exceptional sweet landrace sativa, which normally takes half a year to flower. But the C99 flowers in 7 - 8 weeks. On top of that the buds are quite sugared.
This new batch is a cross of two exceptional basic pheno types, the Grapefruit and the Pineapple. Both derived from the original Brothers Grimm C99
It matures in 4 weeks from seed, which is much faster than the original C99. (6 - 8 weeks)

Featured in the Big Book of Buds 3, pages 86-89Jack the Ripper is well named because it is absolutely killer weed. A true 8 week Sativa Haze the first thing growers notice is the incredible lemon smell and heavy resin production. It has been described by UK growers as the best 8 week Haze ever produced.

This plant will produce triangle shaped spear buds that pretty much stopped active calyx growth early and produced copious amounts of resin instead. Resin production was evident from day 12 in 12/12 but really started to fatten up the heads around day 50 or so.

I find it performs best untopped with a long vegetative period. Once you smoke it the high creeps up, at first you may think that its not so strong but then whammo... it hits you hard and there's no turning back... then... you will be deep in thought and meditative for quite some time... the duration and intensity is strong and thought provoking.

tito, watch out growing those female with the reg, if one is a male it could get pollen on them and you'll get a bunch of seeded females???

I think the way to make female seeds u have to get a hermi that
is wat happen to me. baby is wat I got from that.
but I must say c99xjack the ripper sound good.

yea ill have them in a small cab under cfl I want them to mature before I put them to flower.
And I have to finsh my current grow they have 4 r 5 more weeks.

All the seeds broke the shell c99 have small roots
jack is just a little behind but not by much.

Good choice Tito, it will be cool to see your grow and how the c99 turns out. I probably would have gone with the auto and the white widow fem personally as the auto would have given you a mid range harvest between your current one and this new harvest, also cause white widow is just a classic strain and I would have been pulling clones to start from one c99 and a ww, which would mean you could continue 2 strains from clone for next grow. Compared to if you get 2 males (grrrr) from the jtr seeds.

That's just my personal view, I'll cross my fingers for fems from the jtr

Hey TitoM. You will like the C99. Mine are only 35 days into flower they already have a great smell when I open the tent but I don't notice a smell in the rest of the house. They are already sticky with resin with I believe a record of buds for me for my space. The only gripe I have is my fingers get so sticky when I prune the leaves that I have to stop and wash my hands in the middle of pruning. I'm not griping very loud though.

Thanx matt I cant wait for the c99 I have been waiting a long time to try it.
I have a plan for the autos they r going out doors with the ww. im going
to make ww a big bush. maybe if I get one female jtr ill clone her n have
it outdoor too. I want the autos outdoor cuz I don't grow indoor in the
summer. I need a mid season harvest to keep me with some meds lol.

it all I had in hand n it works they r going into pots as soon as they pop the soil.
n talking about ghetto her is my diy veg cab. grow space is 32in high 28in wide 14in deep
wat to u think I still have to make it light proof but need more supply.

I sure hope so i have read a lot of good things about her n if they look anything like urs ill be happy.

No need for light proof in veg unless you need stealth, for example light all night in windows that is really bright would be a sign to nosy neighbors something is suss, or if your flower room is not light proof and the veg leaked to the flower etc. if neither of these are an issue 100% light proof doesn't matter. My flower room is light proof for normal light coming in but it has tiny slivers of light since hps bulb is so bright when on.

UPDATE DAY 33 of 12/12
they r getting frosty n smelly. Baby n butter r a lot hunger then jelly so I gave them a special mix heavier in N.
I think butter is turning purple so she might be the Purple Platinum kush. All of the seeds broke the soil today
they will go into solo cups tomorrow nite.

This is Baby a bit yellow but she should get better soon.


Jelly her name fits her perfect very fruity smell

update time its day 38 of flower not much has change except for them getting fatter!!!

Everything is looking great man. Did you have two seeds not germinate yet? How many days did you put seeds in paper towel before transplanting? Just curious cause yours are about the same stage as my gsc but I planted directly into a seed raising mix rather than pre-germ, so today is day 10 from first planting (I don't really consider a plant started veg until it has grown it's first set of fan leaves though, before that I just consider germination stage).

thanx matt. I only germinate the 4 the other two r empty. they were in paper towel for 2 days then into the jiffy pellets they broke to soil in a day. I like to do the towel trick just to see if they brake the outer seed shell then I know i have a live one.
i normaly don't keep track of veg time but for this grow im going to keep a log cuz im going to clone them and
i want to push the clone to the max.
