I think with LEDs you have to go expensive I have a marshydro 300 from eBay (140watt from the wall) full spectrum, besides the par value vs lumens, and all that the intensity is just not there in low watt LEDs in comparison my hgt supply 400 watt hps vs my marshydro 300 led.
