400w hps with 200w led in 3x3!?

So my lights are stacking up like this.

I have a 200w led, 100w led and a hps 400.
I’ve had hps/halide for a while and just jumped into the Led world. Really amazed at the light output

Right now I’m using the 100 w to veg in my main room. When I flip to flower, I’m gonna move the 100 over to a smaller veg room(which it is perfect for) and use the 200 in the flower room. Since it’s a little underpowered for the room I decided I would try a cycle with both lights in the space and see how it turns out.
Eventually I’m gonna get another led for the flower area(150-200) which makes more sense for electricity and the space itself.

The hps is air cooled and works perfectly for the space during winter. I won’t have to use my little heater. I’m also curious if there will be any difference in flower in that small of a space

I know it’s a bit overkill, but may prove interesting. Is this crazy?

It will work perfectly. I just finished a harvest in a 3x3 with a 600 watt hps and a 150 watt led angled in a corner facing downwards and the ladies were in heaven. The led has a much more full spectrum than the hps so led was a nice addition. Here's how I had mine situated. Grew some sexy ladies!

Yeah it was a completely organic grow using a 5 gallon bucket and 3.5 gallon air pot.
Soil was Gaia Green (Canadian brand).
Ladies were drinking every two days using tap water ph'ed roughly to 6.5 -7 using Earth Juice ph down (non-synthetic).
Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I also threw in some RAW microbes once a week as well as 2 tbsp/gallon of Gaia green nutrients 2 weeks before the 12/12 flip.
I'm not sure how far the hps was but I ran out of height and ran it full power and watched for stress but they were happy ladies.
Feel free to ask any more questions if you have any!

A million questions, but really more as I go. I got a bunch of FF nutes, so am gonna try those to see where I sit at the end. To this point I am all organic and even my first feedings will be weaker Big Bloom(organic). My soil is FFHF with some other goodies I added. I've got enough nutirents(I think) in the soil, with the occasional tea to get me close to flower, and then a bit of the grow big before I flip.

What did you do as far as training/scrog, etc? Thats a good yield for that space!

I 100% always top. After that, I either let the girls grow on their own from there or I'll bend the branches over using gardening wire to get more branches.

For training, what has worked for me in a pinch is to tie a small screw or bolt on the end of the wire to weigh the branches down. In the past I even used a small chain and placed it on all the branches in a circle around the plant. Usually these days I get away with just manually bending the branches where I want them to go. Effective when you can do this like 2-3 times a day, they eventually keep their shape. Plus you get to smell the amazing stalk smell on your fingers!

I havn't used a screen in years. I should, though. I want to. It would be so sexy to have an actual grid of colas rather than haphazardly around the tent.

As for yield I netted a little over 10 ounces. But, mind you, I wasn't growing for yield and still had at least 30-40% unused space in the tent. I was lucky enough to have decent yielding genetics along with potency.

Strain was Critical Cheese by Dinafem. I read that they recently got shut down over in the netherlands or something. Hope they're up and running soon.
