Alright, my lights are a 300W, 100W Blackstar LED, and 2 40W 2700k CFL bulbs. The 300W LED is from ebay, one of the cheaper ones for $200, and it is performing very well. No LEDs are not working as far as I can tell. The harvest will be the final determination of whether or not these lights are any good. The grow dimensions are 2.5'X4'X4'. The plants are in 10 gallon fabric pots. These pictures are taken a day after 3 weeks of auto-watering and absolutely no care from me. A little bit of nutrient burn, but nothing major, I'm glad they were doing well while I was gone because it was a little worrying. lol.
El Alquimista is the left plant, and Blue Widow is the right plant. I'd say 2 weeks left on the blue widow and 3-4 weeks for El Alquimista

I'll try to take better Pictures of these girls in a few days, I just changed the timers from 12/12 to 10/14 because I read that speeds up the flowering process, and it seems like LEDs take a little longer than HPS for the trichomes to turn a good milky/amber.
