your lights and fans are on separate power cords.. if you try to combine them you are going with 240v and 120v and you are going to electrocute yourself or burn your house down. just put your fan on the top side of the light or if you need it on the bottom have the fan power cord on an extension cord of whatever exiting on ground level.
i would keep that light at 50% if it is 80/84 with that setting... you will get more yield at higher temps and more light but you will lose out on quality.
