4th week of flowering, alot of brown hairs

hey guys, first time poster here so sorry for mistaks etc.

This is my first grow and everythings been going good up to now.

Im on the end of week 4 flowering from switch to 12/12, and ive been seeing no growth and a lot of brown hairs.

i was away from home for 3 days hoping to see some change when i come back but everything looks the same.

My temps can get a little high in the tent (up to 30c or 86 fahrenheit and i dont know hot to cool it either, i cant install an ac.

i have a big 125 w cfl 2100k and 4 23w cfl 2700k, also two purple LED growing bulbs i found around the house.

im using HESI bloom complex, i add P and HESI BOOST.

i have one small fan in the tent and an exhaust fan with charcoal filter.

Is this from heat stress or something else? is there something i can do for the second part of flowering to salvage anything? Its bagseed, so no idea what the strain could be.

Check your plants carefully for any hermie / bannanas - in my experience, plants finish WAY quicker, when they reach the ultimate goal - Getting pollinated! Usually cuts the flowering time in half, and the the buds will look swelled up (seeds forming) - I say this, because you have stated that temps can get a bit high, and typically this can be a stress trigger for a female to try at all cost to self pollinate.
