4th week of flowering im getting yellow tips?

Thanks for the input on the ferts, after extremly close inspection i think you are 100% accurate on the beginnings of the PM, i did some pretty good research on battles for this and best results i found were mixing a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into 32oz spray bottle and misting plants 3 times a week to cure this problem, I noticed you mentioned hydrogen peroxide whats the ratio's you use in mixing for the PM?

straight up 3%,the brown bottle dollar a qt get on it quick don't spray under strong light

once should get rid of most of it. again when you see more. the underlying problem is still there though, you have to figure out why you're getting it to begin with. you have to keep your grow area clean, wipe down the walls and floor, even the ceiling, with bleach water. where does the air in your garden come from? is it pulling out of a damp basement? you need a hygrometer if you don't have one, its important to know the RH in your garden, and provide good ventilation.

My Room is basically a huge walk in closet it has 10 foot ceilings is 10 ft deep by 5ft wide, im sure i know how the problem occured i was spraying the plant with mist bottle once or twice a week lol i know no need to do that.

I've usually treated that by boosting the potassium side of my nutrients.

With that said, they do look WELL fed from the standpoint of nitrogen and all other micros/macros.

IF you're on a 3 part, I'd pull back a little on the micro and boost the bloom a bit.

Currently using Tiger Bloom every third watering 2tsp per gallon of water started that a couple weeks ago and have been thinking of upping it to 2 feedings straight water (she gets watered every 2nd day 1 gal, usually have about half a quart of runoff
