Hey everyone, first time grower and have a ton of questions on what I should do. I've done a bit of research and have laid out a plan/goal for this 4x16x8 space. My budget for now is $2000, which needs to include seeds, pots, lights, etc. I'm located in WA so humidity is fairly high most of the time.

First, I'd insulate the walls and climate control the entire space. I have Mylar on its way from amazon and plan to cover the walls completely, as well as parts of the ground if that will have any effect. Next, I'll measure out one 4x4 area and set up a grow light there. As far as grow lights go, I was looking at the timbergrowlights 4x4 $800 COB set. Another option I'm looking into is LEC, which would be around $300 on growershouse com. LED options such as HLG's DIY kits were nice options. Maybe I could mashup some of their kits for the 4x8 or so space I'd like to start with. The floor is a concrete slab, so if that limits my choices I'd appreciate the info on what would work best.
Next, a water filtration system will be installed. Where a series of tubes can funnel the run-off water of my plants. I'll probably just screw together a few mold resistant 2x4s making a platform for each pot to sit on. With square holes allowing tubing to funnel water from each pot. I was looking at a vacuum to suck up the water quickly at home depot. Maybe it'd be good to prevent excess water from causing mildew and increased humidity? I have an old space heater in the garage I can use for heating, and a couple working A/C units for the summer. I also plan to hook up a 6" inline booster fan 240 CFM near the bottom of the shed blowing cool fresh air inside. Next, I'll have an oscillating fan mounted to the wall blowing on the plants. A charcoal filter mounted to the ceiling with ducting, which is connected to a 6" Infinity Cloudline T6 (from Amazon) and will be used to pull the rising hot air outside. Now will the Infinity Cloudline cover both the functions of a separate de-humidifier and A/C unit? Would really appreciate the clarification if anyone has experience with the Cloudline.

Equipment:
1. So far I only have a humidity monitor, but was looking at a Hanna meter to measure ppm and pH levels of the water. Are there any cheaper options that are also as accurate and reliable?
2. Basic leaf trimming shears
3. Disposable gloves
4. Ducting
5. DIY Scrog net x2
6. Zip Ties
7. Ratchet Hangers

Medium- Coco Coir and Perlite 70/30 mix
- Happy Frog FoxFarms soil for seedling (not sure if to mix with perlite)
- Oceans Forest FoxFarms soil for veg/flowering (same thing)
Pots- I was planning to use 6 5-gallon planters per 4x4 space. I'm unsure if this is too little space for 6 flowering plants, I can add extra lights for flowering if I need to and make use of the 16 feet.
Seedlings I was just going to use Styrofoam cups to start them out, then veg them in the 5-gallon pots.
Nutrients- I was looking at pH Perfects Grow-Micro-Bloom nutes, I'm really struggling on finding solid advice on nutrients I should use. If possible I'd like to go organic.
Watering/feeding frequency? I guess it may depend on strain? Whats the best pH I should aim for?
Wanting to grow the strains Cherry Pie, Forbidden fruit, Bubble gum, UW, and whatever else I can get my hands on that's affordable. If you see any glaring problems with growing these strains, I'd appreciate the heads up!
Lighting schedule as far as I know should be 19 hours light 5 hours off for veg and 12/12 for flowering.
Am I able to automatically set up a way for them to turn off/on?
If there is any more information you need to help a brotha out let me know and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for the help!
