Is that a good light? Do you think building one would be much cheaper comparing to a hlg?

It's good for me although I haven't put it to work yet. It fit my budget. Again I am in the acquisition phase. I like to see it as an entry level light for the space that I am trying to illuminate. I don't know about building lights but, from what I have read on here building your lights seems to be the more economical route. I plan on going the DIY route supplemental lighting.
