5 days into flowering and I think I have a male

Usually Im the picture king but cant find the charger for my digi cam, sorry.

Ok my smallest, bushiest Northern Lights is starting to pre flower. I got all excited and started counting the flowers when I noticed little clusters of balls near the top nodes. Im confused bc this is the plant with the most leaves (very bushy) and is the shortest. Thought those were female traits?

Im new so Im not sure if this is a hermie or full on male?

What do I do now? Wait or put it in the backyard?

Yes Indica traits but my other Northern Lights is taller with more spread out branches and not bushy. Figured the tall one would be the male is all.

Ok so sadly Im putting the other one in the backyard.

Ok and this is easy to tell right? I dont want to kill a girl by accident. There are little clusters of like 4 or 5 ball looking things near the node. Male right?

I'm only on my first grow, but I had the same thing happen to my plant so I did some reading and some people say that you can remove the clusters from a herm and that it may continue to produce only feminine traits. I can't speak to whether or not this is true, but I did read it earlier. Maybe somebody else can confirm or deny this.

Ok well its a male then. What are the chances it pollenated my other plants? It actually has small flowers growing on it right now. Its in the backyard now though.

Yeah thats how I noticed them. This plant is a very dense bushy plant. Its a plant thats pic is like shit you see in magazines or the great growers around here. Im kinda upset. Is that normal?

I'm not sure that i've understood you texas...have they, or haven't they opened? if they have, the chances of pollenating your females is tremendous...

if not, then get the male outta there!

Not sure. This is my 1st real grow. I glanced down this morning at the male and thought to myself, "Alright preflowers!" or flowers idk what you want to call them but its like the pics others post where you can see them getting lighter in places. Then I got down and started really looking and noticed all the clusters of balls. Make sense? Thanks for helping me guys!

If I had to say one way or another though, Id say they started to flower already. So whats that mean? All my buds are going to have seeds now or should I chop them all down and start over? I have some femmed White Widow and Pineapple Express in my veg box on the other side of the closet... are they going to get pollenated now too? This sucks.

they wont be pollenated whilst in veg but the pollen could still be in the flower room so i'd give it a good clean, leave your other plants, if they produce seeds bad luck but it aint worth cuttin it all yet tho.

check the boys flowers, cut em off and have a right good luck, see if they have opened or contain pollen.

I dont get what you typed here?

I also think my biggest Afgan x Mazar is a boy.... its really hard to tell as of now, hopefully they will show sex so I can get it out of there too.

Cheers to all you sucessful growers out there, this shit can be a pain.

For now on, its clones and femmed seeds for me. Screw growing a beautiful plant only to chop it down. I worked hard on these plants and it just really sucks to have to "throw away" all my hard work.

he meant mist the females and the grow room..unless you selling grow room water lol..hmm i just might have to come up with that one...we know pot heads will buy anything if they think it benifits the grow..hahahahaha...
