I have to leave my house and visit my family so this is going to be the last update for about 2 weeks. My roommate will take care of the grow while I'm gone.
Oh and I forgot to ask. When do yall think I should begin the flush? I know some of these guys are nowhere near being done but what about pics 3-5? I'm thinking about 1 more week of nutes before I stop feeding them and 2 more weeks before harvesting them.
I'd say 1 more fert would be ok and a couple more weeks before they finish up. Depends on your preferences. Check the trichs. The earliest I like to harvest (if I'm getting anxious) is when 50% of the trichs are cloudy.
I just got home yesterday. The plants seem to be doing well. I checked the trichomes under a microscope and they still seem very clear. What do yall think? Should be ready any time now right?
beautiful frosty leaves, you could always havest the colas, and then let the bottom grow out a week more and do a double harvest- your already looking to yield quite a bit i bet. This looks great- scribed for sure!
Guys im in a predicament that i need advice on. I just noticed 3 seeds growing on one of the buds which means I have some hermies. I took a closer look and to my horror i found open pollen sacs located in the buds. I think these developed when I was gone and I never noticed till now. Do yall think I should cut down now since there are only 3 seeds visible or wait till they are done and risk more seeds being developed?
omg... thats big news- i'd let em keep going- try to supress the pollen spread if you can- can you remove the sacks? keep us posted good luck- looks great otherwise- sad to see it go hermie
...idk- if keeping it presentable is a priority it may not be a bad idea to do it sooner. And if you like the plant i would keep those seeds- there guaranteed female.
But IDK how much it will affect potency- if you can remove the pollen sacs then it wont affect it at all- but if the plant continues to fertilize itself than it will be laden with seeds.
I'm thinking about chopping down the hermies and letting the other females grow and hope they havent been pollinated too much. The seeds are on another plant. Ill take some pictures and post them in a few minutes.
damn- is it only in that one bud in the first pic- not bad- just snip that part out very very carefully. and bag it up and throw it out, or keep em to germ
