5 Weeks flowering.. This is where im at :)

Hey everyone how are you all!?

Just Putting some pics of my girls out here to let you all see what i see... and to have your opinions on how you think things are going...

This is my first indoor grow the setup is as ghetto as shanty town ha but im really pleased with how its going..

So as i stated the Girls are at...

-5 weeks of 12/12 from a 4 week vegging period
-Im using 375 actual watts CFL (250 watt dual spectrum + 125 watt red spectrum)
-MG All purpose soil 6 month feed
-Old timer grow + Old timer Bloom

P.s.. The little one was put it 12/12 at like 3 inches of height..Same with the lanky beanstalk (as i call it) in the background of the 4th image..

The cola in the first image is about a fat as a cucumber around 6-7" long..

The second image is a plant i topped (You can see the 2 colas) the colas are about 8" long but a good week and a half behind from first pistols...

Thanks for the replys everyone.... Well the plants are all bag seed but i do know that the plant that has the branches tied out is bubblegum..My whole flat stinks of it haha smells amazing

And yup all done with just the 2 bulbs..Ive been pretty good at keeping the bulbs as close as i can to all the plants..

The grow has gone great and it does look as tho the yield will be nice

I really have no idea, from looks i will guess around 18-22g from this one plant and from the whole 4 id imagine oz and a half i really just dont know ha as long as i make the amount to cover the costs ive spent on equipment im happy with that!

And if i could share it with ya id be happy to man!

Ya man that's the thing I always look at. If i make enough to cover my costs I feel that I am doing pretty well. What are the 2 bulbs you are using? Could you post up some links for me as I am interested in trying this for my veg cab.

I wouldn't complain with 1 1/2 oz with just 2 bulbs! lol. But seriously show me the bulbs you are using I am really interested.

Oh and I wish you could share that bubblegum with me. That would be bad ass!

Man i wish i lived elsewhere i need some real people to smoke with! i like my stoned in depth convos but i just dont get them my poor brain stores to much info haha... Il be sure to post you a picture of my bubblegum blunt i roll Where do you live giggles?

P.s for vegging i will never use another bulb the vegging went amazing... i only had the 250 watt for my vegging too..

MB - Your plants look great. You should be proud. Amazing with only 2 bulbs!

First a question. I know you LST'ed and did some other stuff but what about trimming? Did you trim extensively to get the plants looking like that or did they just tuen out that way due to strain/conditions/training?

Lastly some food for thought as you plant your next grow... You are guessing about yields and seem to be quite concerned about this subject. I have said all along that 1st grow making healthy, happy plants that produce nice MJ is most important with yield being secondary.

Hello again Mister B! thanks so much for the praise! ive needed that haha

So as for your questions...

I have done mild trimming basically when i have seen that a larger fan leaf is covering a large area of the plant i will remove it as i cannot afford to not have the light hitting every bit of the top canopy. I also did trimming when the plant looked extremely bushy as i knew it would not need all the leaves they had..

I trimmed almost every bit of growth under the top canopy thats why you can see bare branches as once again i knew that these would not be needed and also there would be no light penetration below the top for these lower regions to fill out so removing them focused every bit of growth to the tops

Yes i have been a bit concerned of the yield i just want to make sure its worth it in the end and so far it most definitely is.. The plants are healthy and all producing greatly so i cannot complain just yet.

Oh god yes i picture them with more light all the time haha but that will definitely be a changed factor for my next grow... As i see it i can only get better as i go

Lol that would be awesome man. I've wanted to grow some bubblegum but just haven't got around to it. I live in the states man. Right in the middle of BFE. lol

I am really interested on trying your 2 bulb setup as it looks like you did very well with just 2 cfls!

Yeah when i think about it..For the size of the plants the amount of bud i actually see on them impresses me especially for the size of them.

The plant i topped is about a foot and a half tall and that's my second biggest plant, only second to that lanky one i have that stretched like mad. But the plant that has alot of bud is about a 1 foot tall and wide in size so yeah budding very well...

I really recommend growing it its a great looking plant and the smell is sooo goood! my room actually stinks like candy a real sweet fuity smell, its great to sleep to stoned haha.

Ah man some serious distance from me in the uk then descriptions and pictures is the closest you will get to my bud im afraid!

And yeah the main tip i would suggest is to keep the grow area small so the light is really maximized on the plants
