5 weeks in vegetative...showing sex? mby some opinions?

So another day another problems.
So another problem. Well actually a real problem. FUNGUS GNATS - I think it's correct to call it fungus gnat. So I sure killed him/her but the problem still stays. I didn't see a single gnat except for this.

It is what is called a Hoverfly common insect that hangs around gardens - they eat aphids . They look like a wasp and are very common. You can control with spinosad , permethrin , but are harmless to your plants. These are actually beneficial.

Also I check my plant every single day so its no probs to have CFLs and move them higher every so and then

Well I have to tell you, it is NOT a hoverfly, definitely, 100% sure

It does not even look like it. Exept the yellow part

So I lifted my plant to know, if it is time to water. So no it's not.

But I saw some roots that are hanging out under pot. Is this a issue or just normal?
