more info like what your using for air circulation and movement. What type of soil are you using (is it nice an airy or thick and clumpy). Specific Details would be a major bonus

You're in no mans land with this. Pull the pin and blow it up. It's stunted and looks like hell for 5 weeks old. Any chance of starting anew with something known?

Whats your temps like/Humidity? How far away are your lights? how strong are your lights? It doesnt look super unhealthy. Just small and dwarfie. I'd look into your conditions and keep it going while you Q up another seed or 2 and do a whole bunch of reading. Ask questions. Worst that happens Is you lose the plant.

Use this one as a learning experience.

I this an auto flower? What type of soil are you using? It looks like hyponex or something. That may be your problem.

if lights are placed very close to a plant, this will stunt the growth. a sodium light would be much better, 400 watts about 20-24 inches above the top, to get the plant to reach for the light. that potting soil looks unusual. foxfarm ocean forest and just water when it's dry. transplant to a 5 gallon bucket. pull the soil out when it's dry for transplanting cuz it will shrink down and be easier to remove.

Using peatmoss... looking thru the details I think I found the problem. Wrong soil. NPK 14-16-18.. but I had the first plant that grew well as I kill during flowering stage by overfeeding.

Usi 65w cfl (replacement for 325w bulbs)

What are t best nutrients in detail wise as whe

Update

This is my first grow and making sure as I ordered this seeds and I don't have any auto flower.. Would this be considered as flowering stage... Reason for asking is that I have not change any setup.. Lights are still in 24hrs... And nutrients are still the same...

Your lights aren't anywhere close to enough for weed growing imo, placing the CFLs too close to the plant can make it grow like that because it can no longer track the direction of the light (phototaxis).
It is flowering, and if your running only 24/0 it is an automatic. You better change your lights to 20/4 if possible.

Thanks.

Do I need to change to flowering nutrients and lights or do I just stick to what I have been doing.

If you want to keep growing this plant, which will not yield much at all, you need to act as if it is in week 3 of flowering right now. Autos like 20/4 light during their whole life cycle.

You got 1 correct answer and you didn't listen to him!

MY TURN!

Get some REAL lighting ! You need more Lumins, Umols or what ever way you want to measure it....

Small space - even a 250 HID will help greatly.
