5 weeks plant allmost dead, 'pull'?

EDIT:::** actully about 6 weeks now sry...

So the bottom of each plant is allmost completly dead, so i assumed it ment it was time to pull. the tops look good and healthy, the buds look tasty.

i have used blood meal once, and miracle grow tomato food a few times in veggy mode. there currently on 12/12 and all of teh 'hairs' look amber.

i see no further growth only the plants loosing leaves and leaves dying.

is it time??? i dont like using nutes as i feel it isnt natural for something im going to intake...


the first 3 are plant 1 about 3 feet tall



the next are plant 2 about 2 1/2 feet tall

They look good, to clarify... how many days have you been in Flower? Dont pull them for sure. They need some bloom nutrients, something with phosphorus and potassium. Dont worry about adding the chemical nutes though, next grow you can make a better organic soil solution. When it comes close to harvest, you will be flushing the soil of any nutrients anyways, which will clear your plant of most chemical solutions.

Trim off all of those lower budsites, those little popcorn buds wont go much of anywhere, thus giving your plant the the valuable resources for the cola and other major sites.

they look fantasmal to me growmigo, id say your ready to harvest and cure whenever you think youll be ready to smoke in a month or two. the phosphorous and potassium are good for budding but it sounds like yours are primed and ready. if you wanted to give them a few more days- another week, you should give them bannana water solution which is high in both and very organic and dosnt require any flushing

im going to have to protest to that kaleo, his buds dont look ready yet, and you dont even know how many days/weeks hes been in flower. you go by the color of your Trichomes, not hairs.

true cant see trichs but as far as the picture and plants activity tells the buds are fattening and the plant is more concerend with there development and not leaf growth. i guess i cant say there done and finished but i can say without being wrong that they look tasty and ready for harvest shortly but just not tonight

I wouldn't go by trichs. Thats only one factor of a ripened bud. Amber hairs that recede into the plant are another important factor. Why would you just look at one factor to decide if your plant is ready to chop?

But anyway. I agree, its not ready.

And fan leafs die as the plant gets closer to harvest. Its a natural occurrence. No worries.

Because amber hairs have absolutely nothing to do with a buds peak ripeness. Its ALL about the THC... what other factors are there? If you cut when their clear, but your hairs have turned red, but your calyxes haven't fully matured then, Congratulations! you just wasted 2-3 months on something that won't even get you high. Some hairs turn early, some turn late. I have a a strain whose hairs turn red in the fourth week, so your saying I should cut them at 4 weeks with barely any developed crystals and underdeveloped calyxes? No I'm not saying crystals are the " ONLY " way to determine a buds peak ripeness. Just the best way...
