exactly Vi...capitalism fucks up and socialism comes to the rescue...

~lol~ On the contrary ... Capitalism, with the invisible hand of the free market, is the great equalizer and socialism fucks it up. Without the socialist bailout, there wouldn't be any largess for the $440,000 party. The company would have gone out of business, the employees would be out of jobs and the CEO's would be hung by the employees and stockholders.

By the way, in spite of the bailout "fix," the stock market continues to sink. Anyone checked their 401k today?

thank god mine is in a holding account not losing nearly what it would be. at least what little i have left.

omg!!! i was off today and holy shit. what the hey is going on???

What's going on? We are being taken over by a cabal of fascist, international bankers. The fix? ... Hey ... how about a one world central bank that issues a one world currency?

This is nothing but the final hurdle to jump before crossing the finish line. For those who don't know ... the race started in 1913.

How's that "little bit of socialism" feel to ya now, guyz?

These are the things of which revolutions are made. bongsmilie

I would say that both capitolism and socialism are just bound to fuck up sooner or later. One allows the greed of humanity to run amuck and that is bound to cause problems, problems that like to admit it or not are bound to show up as they have been now. Marx wrote what he thought would happen in capitalism and damned is he wasn't almost prophetic in some of the things he said.

Socialism on the other hand allows people's laziness to run amock which causes a lot of the problems we have seen. It is almost as though they are both extremes on two ends of a spectrum. I would think that somewhere in the middle would be a fair compromise.

But either way, both systems are doomed to failure because they allow some of the worst parts of human nature to run the show.

Checked my IRA's today, and they're actually doing okay. But they're allocated very conservatively, because I don't like to gamble much. Good thing too! I'm showing a 4 percent gain year-over-year. Pretty bad, but looking at the markets the last few weeks...I'll take that 4%, happily. But I'm long-term anyway, and there's no need for me to touch that money for a decade or two, so I'll just keep on riding. What goes up must go down, but what goes down also eventually goes up. My glass is half full!

It's true, the creation of the Central Bank has come to its fatal end. We have woken up and realized that our houses, our cars, and our politicians are all owned by the banks.
