just trying to help clear things up. i see 20 people cheering on the fact that they are now mods. just don't want them all to be crushed when it doesn't turn out that way.

I did read a post about mods not having any powers would all be up to others.
That would make them more like hall monitors than mods. If they think it will work better let's try it out and see.
i was the worst mod ever. why would you want to be like me?

mods will be secretaries.
none of the new mods will have any "powers" over other members. they will simply be able to move and edit threads within their "mod section".
you really think they would turn 30 new people lose with banning powers?
